1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using x4444 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all activities carried out on x4444 including sports betting, live casino, card games, crash games, and participation in any promotion or bonus programme.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use x4444. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. x4444 recommends checking this page periodically for changes.

These Terms should be read alongside x4444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and x4444.

2 Eligibility

To register and use x4444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. x4444 does not accept members under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity) using x4444 for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of x4444 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with x4444 that is currently in effect.
• You must be accessing x4444 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on x4444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. x4444 may request updated information at any time.

x4444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents before making withdrawals or when x4444 determines verification is necessary:

• A copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• A selfie or photograph as directed by the x4444 verification team

KYC verification is a standard industry requirement. Documents provided are processed securely and are used solely for identity verification purposes in accordance with x4444's Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is completed.

Your account password is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. x4444 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

x4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of the platform. Supported methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, symbol Rs).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 (standard methods); minimum may vary by method as stated on the deposit page.
• Deposits are credited to your x4444 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• x4444 does not charge fees on deposits. Your mobile money provider or bank may charge their own transaction fees, which are outside x4444's control.
• All deposited funds must be your own. Deposits made using payment methods registered in another person's name may be refused and returned.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 100. There is no maximum on standard withdrawals, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
• x4444 targets withdrawal processing within five minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT bank transfers may take up to four hours. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank.
• x4444 does not charge withdrawal fees on any standard payment method. Bank or wallet provider fees are the member's responsibility.
• x4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal if AML obligations or account security concerns warrant it.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

x4444 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms stated within the individual promotion's description on the x4444 Promotions page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members who make a first deposit of Rs 100 or more are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000. The bonus is credited to the account balance alongside the deposit and is subject to a 10× wagering requirement before the bonus component can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements mean the total amount that must be staked (not won) before a bonus balance becomes withdrawable. A 10× requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed. Bets must be settled at odds of at least 1.5 (1/2 fractional) to contribute to wagering.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings not used within the stated period will expire automatically with no cash equivalent payable.
• One Bonus Per Household/Device: Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device. x4444 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from accounts where promotional abuse is suspected.

• x4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a promotion being withdrawn, any qualifying conditions already met by a member prior to withdrawal will be honoured.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on x4444 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These are available in full within the platform's betting rules section. The following general principles apply across all sports betting markets on x4444:

• All bets are accepted and settled in PKR. Minimum single bet: Rs 10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed on x4444, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member except where a cash-out option is offered and exercised before settlement.
• x4444 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the size of any bet, or restrict a member's account from placing bets in specific markets at its discretion — including in cases of suspected match-fixing, abnormal betting patterns, or where x4444 believes accepting a bet would be commercially unreasonable.
• Bets on events that have already started or concluded are void unless explicitly offered as in-play (live) markets on x4444.
• Void bets: A bet is void where the event is abandoned or the market is withdrawn before a result is determined, where the odds were displayed in error, or where the event did not take place on the scheduled date and a result was not achieved within 36 hours of the original start time.
• Palpable errors: Where x4444 makes an obvious pricing error (a palpable error), bets accepted at the erroneous odds may be settled at the correct odds or voided at x4444's discretion. x4444 will communicate affected members by notification within 48 hours of the event.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator bet are void, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the void selection(s).
• Maximum single-event payout across all sports: Rs 5,000,000 unless otherwise specified for a specific market.

7 Casino, Card Games & Crash Games

x4444 offers a range of casino-style products including live dealer card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack), table games, and crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and others). The following rules apply to all casino and game products on x4444:

• All casino and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Crash games additionally use provably fair algorithms that can be independently verified by any member using the seed hash published before each round.
• x4444 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections during a live game or crash game round, unless the disconnection is demonstrably caused by a server-side failure on x4444's infrastructure (as opposed to the member's internet connection). In the event of a documented server-side failure, bets affected during the failure will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the result is confirmed on the screen. Disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the game round completing.
• For crash games, a bet is lost if the member does not cash out before the game crashes. Auto cashout operates server-side and is therefore not affected by the member's network connection quality. Manual cashout requests are processed at the multiplier displayed at the time the request is received by x4444's servers, not at the time the button is pressed on the member's device.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on x4444 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by x4444.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-manual means to interact with the x4444 platform or to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a known or suspected error are void.
• Colluding with other members to fix outcomes, share information for competitive advantage in real-time games, or coordinate betting strategies in ways that constitute fraud against x4444 or other members.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity or using x4444 to launder money or other proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to access another member's account, interfering with x4444's servers or systems, or engaging in any form of cyber-attack against the platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith when a bet or transaction was legitimately settled according to these Terms.
• Systematically exploiting promotions or bonuses through patterns of behaviour that do not reflect genuine recreational play — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across platforms using promotional funds, and matched betting using bonus balances.

9 Responsible Gaming

x4444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all members directly from the Account Settings section — no support contact is required to activate them:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. x4444 will display a notification and offer to end your session when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check: Opt in to receive periodic notifications showing your total session time and net profit/loss during the current session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a defined period of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or up to six weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot make deposits or place bets but can still withdraw your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from x4444 for six months, one year, two years, or five years. During self-exclusion, your account is closed, all marketing communications are stopped, and you cannot open a new account on x4444. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the stated period expires.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on x4444 — including but not limited to the x4444 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of x4444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use x4444's platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, redistribute, reproduce, republish, download, or transmit any part of the x4444 platform or its content for any purpose other than personal use.

You must not use x4444's branding, trademarks, or logos in connection with any product or service other than x4444's own products and services, without prior written consent from x4444.

12 Limitation of Liability

x4444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While x4444 takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, x4444's liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the value of deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x4444 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Interruptions to internet or mobile network service on your end.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, or acts of government that affect platform availability.
• Errors in odds or game results that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect member rights, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of x4444 after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the change takes effect. 14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of x4444 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. x4444 is committed to resolving member disputes fairly and efficiently.

If you have a dispute with x4444, the recommended first step is to contact our support team at support@x4444.biz with full details of your complaint. x4444 targets an initial response to all complaints within 24 hours and a final resolution within 14 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, in which case x4444 will keep you informed of progress.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, x4444 is willing to engage in mediation through a mutually agreed independent mediator before any formal legal proceedings are commenced.
